Why Turnkey Works

One contract, one schedule, one accountable partner

Most lab procurement projects fail at the seams between contractors. Civil works finishes weeks before the equipment arrives. Furniture is ordered separately and doesn't fit. Installers turn up to discover the electrical supply isn't right. Each handoff between vendors is a place where the schedule slips and someone else gets blamed.

A turnkey contract collapses those handoffs into a single accountability. ELAB Engineering signs one contract, owns one schedule and delivers one operational laboratory. As experienced Engineering Lab Equipment Suppliers and Skill Training TVET Lab Equipment Manufacturers for bulk Tender supply, we coordinate every interface so the institution's principal sees a working lab on the planned date — not a partial installation waiting for the next vendor.
